Trackk Terms of Service

Last updated: August 3, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Trackk app and services operated by Mtnpros inc. in Canada.

What Trackk provides

Trackk records riding sessions from motion sensors and your phone, displays measurements and replays, and may provide automatically generated coaching. It is a training aid.

Not safety equipment

Snowboarding and mountain biking involve serious risks. Trackk does not make riding safe, detect every hazard, or guarantee that a measurement or coaching result is correct. Ride within your ability and conditions, follow local rules, and never interact with the app while doing so would distract you.

Your account and content

  • You are responsible for access to the email account used to sign in.
  • Your recordings remain yours. You give us the limited rights needed to process, store, and show them back to you as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • You must have the rights and permissions needed for videos or other content you submit.
  • You can request deletion in the app or through our account-deletion page.

Coaching content

Automated coaching is provided for information only, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and is not a substitute for professional instruction, medical advice, or emergency services.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another person's data, interfere with the service, submit unlawful content, or use Trackk in violation of law. We may restrict abusive or unsafe use.

Availability and liability

Trackk is provided “as is” and may change or be unavailable during a beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackk and Mtnpros inc. are not liable for injury, riding loss, or indirect loss arising from reliance on the app. Rights that cannot legally be waived, including applicable Québec consumer rights, continue to apply.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Trackk changes and will update the date above. Questions can be sent to support@trackk.ai.
