Trackk Privacy Policy

Trackk is operated by Mtnpros inc. in Canada ("Trackk", "we", or "us"). This policy explains what the Trackk app and services collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, account identifier, plan, feature usage, and consent choices.
- Ride and fitness information: motion, orientation, pressure, altitude, equipment details, sensor identifiers, ride events, and calculated ride summaries.
- Precise location: GPS route, speed, distance, and altitude during a recording, including in the background when you grant that permission.
- Optional health information: heart rate from Apple Health or Apple Watch when you enable it. Trackk does not write data to Apple Health.
- Content you provide: riding videos, coaching questions or notes, and optional rider-profile details you submit.
- Diagnostics: app and platform version, app launch or foreground heartbeat, sync state, stuck-work counts, and limited crash or screen-failure details.
How we use information
- Record, replay, back up, restore, and analyze your rides.
- Provide the measurements and coaching features you request.
- Authenticate your account, apply service limits, provide support, and protect the service.
- Diagnose crashes, failed screens, recording problems, and stuck uploads.
Storage and service providers
Ride files begin on your phone. If you sign in and use cloud features, private account and ride data is stored with Supabase. Videos and generated coaching media may be processed or stored using Microsoft Azure. A coaching request may be processed by the configured artificial-intelligence provider, such as Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude, to provide the feature you requested.
Sharing, advertising, and model improvement
- We do not sell personal information, show third-party ads, or track you across other companies' apps or websites.
- We disclose information to service providers only as needed to operate Trackk, when you direct us to, or when required by law.
- Ride or video content is not used to improve Trackk coaching models unless you enable the optional, default-off improvement choice. If enabled, material is de-identified before that use.
Retention and deletion
Recordings stored only on your phone remain until you delete them or remove the app. Cloud account data remains while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can start account deletion inside Trackk or send a verified request using our account-deletion page. We remove the associated cloud account data after verification, except limited information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or information already de-identified so it no longer identifies you.
Your controls
You can change Bluetooth, location, motion, Health, notification, and photo/video permissions in your device settings. You may ask to access or correct your personal information or withdraw an optional consent by emailing us.
Children
Trackk is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
